Difficulty:
1. Go to I-4, you'll see the boxes and the casks there. Click on one of the casks and two boxes to receive an SOS Letter and an Old Diary. The last box will spawn a L110 Apparition (a worm ghost looking thing, easy to kill at Veteran); kill it to complete the quest.
2. Go back to Ludeza and talk to him.
The Investigation of Strange Waters
NPC + Location: Ludeza Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards, Manzana Filler
Difficulty:
1. Talk to Ludeza and he'll ask you to find the Eltetah trees. You'll find 3 at C-3. They'll have a blue outline.
2. Click all of them one at a time. You'll receive a Memento, Household Goods and a Golden Apple. An apparition will appear each time you click on a tree. Kill them to proceed with the quest line.
3. Talk to Ludeza to complete the quest
Noonbora Ghosts
NPC + Location: Ludeza Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards
Difficulty:
1. Speak to Ludeza
2. Kill 50 Noonbora Ghosts to get the 50 Ghost Eyes. These can be found in the Frozen Wastes.
2. Return to Ludeza for the reward.
Avalanche Apparition
NPC + Location: Ludeza Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards
Difficulty:
1. Talk to Ludeza twice to start this quest. He will ask you to obtain a Red Jewel Fragment.
2. Go and hunt for Avalanche. He is the area boss of the Snowfield of the Ice Wizard map (also shown as Glacial Fortress Forecourt). He is slow so any fast character should be able to kill it. The Fragment is a pretty semi-rare drop, so don't freak out if you don't get it in one shot. There is a rare chance of getting it from the Mineral Exchanger at Gigante Island, but perhaps the easiest method is to simply buy it from the Market or do a /broad to see if anyone will sell it to you.
3. Talk to Ludeza to complete the quest.
The Power From An Unknown World
NPC + Location: Ludeza Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards
Difficulty:
1. After speaking with Ludeza head to Frozen Plains and to Ryrin's Hearts at E6 (see map below). You'll still have the Red Jewel Fragment at this point.
2. Place the Fragment onto any of the Ryrin's Hearts by dragging it from your inventory.
3. Talk to Ludeza who will then ask you to investigate the Ice Wizard's Tower. The entrance is located at K5 of Snowfield of the Ice Wizard (Glacial Fortress Forecourt). You need to be on Channel 1 to talk to the NPC. You only need to enter the Tower to satisfy Ludeza. To exit go to quarters or use a warp portal.
4. Talk to Ludeza to complete the quest.
Trace of Cruelty
NPC + Location: Ludeza Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards
Difficulty:
1. Ludeza will ask you to head to Frozen Plains to speak with Invierno. His location is marked on the map but his co-ordinates are D7.
2. Once at Invierno speak to him three times to open the next part of the quest. He'll ask you to make a soup and needs:
50 Wolf Meat from Arctic Wolves (rare drop)
50 Beet from Arctic Bears (rare drop)
50 Cabbage from Arctic Lazim (rare drop)
20 Golden Apples from Eltetah (rare drop)
3. Talk to Invierno
4. Give him the following materials found near: the destroyed camp in Snowfield of the Ice Wizard, E8-9
- Hub Bunch 0/1 (in the box)
- Pocket of Seed 0/1
- Piece of Letter 0/1 (to the extreme right of the box)
6. Put the ingredients in the pot next to Invierno.
7. Talk to Invierno.
8. Choose the second option
9. Choose the third option
10. Talk to Ludeza to receive the rewards.
11. Talk to Invierno.
12. Ask him about the Ice Witch aka Novia again.
13. Receive the Sweet Honeycomb.
14. Travel to D/E5 and click the stone there. A bear will spawn, kill it for the bear's gall bladder.
15. Talk to Invierno.
16. Talk to Ludeza.
Katovic Rescue Knight - Manufacturing!
NPC + Location: Rescue Knight Vishihah, Katovic Snowfields
Reward: Exp Cards
Difficulty:
1. Talk to the Rescue Knight beside Ludeza. She will let you choose ONE from the Philosopher Stone's Set/Ice Crystal Set to make NORMAL lvl 100 EQUIPS.
2. Talk to her again for her to give you permission to use her loom/shelf/anvil.
